Her career commenced with being employed by Debt Security Services as a Debt Collector then moving on to be a private investigator, which entailed locating missing persons, surveillance and serving legal documentation. The five years spent with DSS opened communications with clients in the UK and internationally.

Sam worked with Pottery Specialist Inc located in the US as Buyer and processing Manager, where she liaised with clients across the United States, Spain, Italy, Canada, Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Germany, where she oversaw the manufacture, sales and import of landscape pottery and Clay.

Currently Sam is a Locality Influence Network member with Bromford working on the resolution of tenant issues.

Primarily involved in Stage 2 complaints which she reviews, analyses, and delivers to permit a fair judgement on proceedings . Sam also delivers recommendations to the Associate Director of Localities to consider the wider implications for both the business and the clients.
