She is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee for Warehouse REIT Plc, a FTSE 250 listed Real Estate Investment Trust.

Her previous non-executive roles include Chair of the Regulated Board for Places for People Group, where she also acted as Senior Independent Director, Chair of the Group Audit & Risk Committee.

Lynette also served on the Boards and chaired the Audit and Risk Committees at the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry where she continues as a member of their Council. She is a Patron member of this organisation.

A past Chair of the National Women in Property Association Lynette initiated international links across Europe and the Middle East.

Prior to her Non-Executive roles, Lynette spent ten years as a partner in the International Real Estate Team at BDO LLP advising real estate developer and investment clients.

Following BDO, Lynette joined Greenside Real Estate, a niche consultancy working with lenders and property owners. She is also partner in her business advisory firm one5two LLP.
