Her trailblazing role at Garrards established her as a leader in elite clientele management. Joining Centaurea as Director of Global Business Development, Carol leverages four decades of experience to foster small ventures into thriving enterprises worldwide.

We invested in them in 2018 because of the depth of understanding and clarity of vision the founders demonstrated. They have successfully penetrated the market and continue to grow and prosper.
SOCIAL
Social is an integrated communications consultancy telling stories, engaging people and improving lives. We invested in them in 2016, we decided to back Social largely based on their amazing leadership team and their vision. Since investing the company has grown and developed bringing on new clients, but always remaining true to their values and beliefs.
SPRIFT
Sprift is the original (and still the best) source for information on any UK Property, Since 2016 they have been working with property professionals to create the datasets they wanted. They have an extraordinary platform with clear infographics that allows hyperlocal property information. We invested in them in 2019, after meeting the leadership team and stress testing their vision.
APEX AIRSPACE
Apex Air Space is a company harnessing technology and modern methods of construction, to develop thoughtfully designed and contemporary apartments that range from those for affordable housing tenants, to luxury penthouses and properties for first-time buyers. Centaurea invested in Apex in 2018, we were impressed by the leadership team and saw the market opportunity of utilising roof top spaces across the capital.
SHETLAND SPACE CENTRE
Shetland Space Centre is set to become the UK’s premier satellite launch centre. Situated in Unst, Shetland, the UK’s most northerly island, it is ideally placed. The team have forged exceptional industry links and have plans to not only launch rockets but to establish a world leading data center. Centaurea invested in 2019 on the basis of the technology location and dynamism of the leadership team .
MAM
Market Asset Management is uniquely placed to provide retail based asset management and investment opportunities to market owners, developers or retail investors. We invested in MAM in 2017 having met the leadership team and visited some of their markets. Their vision and professionalism is inspiring and we think creativity is set to ensure that they become even bigger players in the Market Management business.
TRIPLE POINT SOCIAL HOUSING
Triple Point Social Housing REIT plc is improving the lives of vulnerable people across the UK by meeting the critical demand for specialized supported housing, with the aim of being the UK’s leading social housing investor. Centaurea invested in the SOHO REIT in 2018, we have a had a long standing relationship with Triple Point and felt that they had the expertise and drive to realise their ambition.

NCL Technology Ventures is a venture fund that specialise in technology innovation that is at SEED and series A investment stage, back entrepreneurs that have developed truly innovative technologies. We invested in them in 2017 and have worked with them to realise funds and create innovation hubs.
NOVA INNOVATION
Nova Innovation is a world-leading tidal energy company, transforming the power of our seas into clean, predictable electricity. Their underwater turbines have zero visual impact and work in harmony with the marine environment, with no barriers or barrages. We invested in NOVA in 2020, we were attracted to NOVA because of their innovation, spirit and drive. Their technology is both exciting and trans-formative.
EIX
Estates and Infrastructure Exchange (EIX) is based in the City of London and the first to focus exclusively on estates and infrastructure as an asset class. We invested in EIX in 2017, we could see the need for an exchange that focused solely on estates and infrastructure and were impressed with the principal and his vision. We continue to support the management team through our role on their advisory board.
LANRE FISHER
Lanre Fisher Holdings is a global development company specialising in affordable model villages that will accelerate access to low cost housing in developing countries, starting in Nigeria. Centaurea is a founding partner of the company and supports the executive team to realise its ambition. Lanre Fisher Holdings was formed in October 2019.
